Q2. How do you book a room at NewLeaf Hotels?
A. Booking a room at NewLeaf Hotels is simple and easy. To make a reservation, visit https://www.newleafhotels.com and book your room online; call +91-20-41483300 or send an e-mail to email@example.com with your arrival and departure dates, room requirements and any special request you might have. You can also book a room on Facebook
Q3. How do you book a room online?
A. To book a New Leaf hotel room online, visit https://www.newleafhotels.com and select the hotel where you wish to stay. Select your preferred check-in and checkout dates, the number of rooms required. You will also be required to specify the number of guests (number of adults and number of children) in each room from their respective drop down lists.
Now click on Search. You will be presented with a list of available rooms that match your specifications. Select the preferred room by clicking on the Select Room button of the preferred room and selecting an option from the drop down list presented. To know more about a particular room, click on the room name. You can also get a snapshot of the room’s amenities by clicking on the + Room Features.
As soon as you Select a Room, you will be presented with the Reservation Detail page, where you can select additional services if required. Check the boxes for the services required and click on the Continue Button. You can click on this button even without selecting any of the services as well. Enter your details and make the payment.
Q4. Am I required to make the full payment?
A. NewLeaf Hotels requires one day’s advance payment for reserving room(s) for more than two days. For reservation of just a single night, full advance payment is required.
Q5. Can I pay by credit card?
A. NewLeaf Hotels accepts payments by Credit Card, Debit Card, NetBanking and PayUMoney.
Q6. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
Q7. Is the transaction secure?
A. Yes. All transactions on https://www.newleafhotels.com are secure. We take security very seriously. We have implemented all necessary certificates and security layers to ensure that all financial transactions conducted on NewLeaf are secure. Any information you enter when transacting with NewLeaf is encrypted and sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties.

A. The cancellation policy is conveyed at the time of booking.
Q9. Can I change/modify my booking ?
A. Yes, you can modify your booking or change it by contacting the Front Desk of the hotel concerned.

A. Charges if any, for changing/modifying an existing booking, will be intimated at the time of booking.

A. Yes, Late check-in is allowed, provided that NewLeaf Pune Hotel is informed about it in advance.
Q14. Is my ID/Passport required at the time of check-in ?
A. Yes. Indian laws and regulations require guests to show their ID at the time of check-in. Indian nationals can show their Voters ID, Drivers Licence or Passport. Foreign Nationals are required to show their Passport and valid visa. The ID proofs are required for all the guests staying at the hotel, irrespective of who made the booking.

A. We offer room service around the clock (from 2300hrs to 0700hrs: only limited menu is available).

A. The on-site restaurant, Black Tomato, is open for: Breakfast: 0700hrs – 1100hrs; Lunch: 1200hrs – 1500hrs; and Dinner: 1800hrs – 2300hrs

A. No. These rooms are no smoking rooms.

A. No. We treat all our guests equally. All our rooms are equipped to the highest standards and there is no variation in amenities in different rooms. The only difference is the size of bed.

A. Yes, NewLeaf Pune Hotel has parking facility available. Guests residing in the hotel can park their vehicles free of cost.
Q22. My flight is in the late evening. Can you store my luggage for me when I checkout?
